Gifts in Honor or Memory

Thank you for considering the Frick as a recipient of a gift in honor or memory of a friend or family member. Tribute gifts are wonderful ways to honor a loved one while supporting their connection with the Frick.

The Frick will send notification to your loved one or their family. All memorial and tribute gifts will be listed in the Frick’s Annual Report.

You can make an Honor or Memorial Gift online. In the comment field, please type "In Honor of" or "In Memory of" and the name of your loved one.

To make your tribute gift by mail with a check or credit card, print and complete this form, and mail it to the address listed.
